This data ecosystem is architected and lead by our data engineer, Hezekiah Branch.
Data Sources
Our lab collects human intracranial data across multiple modalities including stereotactic EEG (SEEG), electrocorticography (ECoG), responsive neurostimulation (RNS), and deep brain stimulation (DBS). We collect behavioral data from neural processors or from research tasks using experimental rigs. We also collect data from functional localizers through our partnership with MIT via the InBRAIN Collaboration.
